PostQode Web Application Overview

The PostQode Web Application (https://app.postqode.ai) is the centralized cloud management console for PostQode. It enables engineering leaders, DevOps administrators, and team leads to govern AI model usage, assign team budgets, provision gateway proxy keys, distribute verified web rules, and track organization-wide token analytics.

1. Dashboard & Analytics (/analytics or /dashboard)

The Dashboard provides real-time telemetry into model consumption, token throughput, and cost distributions across four dedicated views:

Top KPI Summary Cards

  • Total Cost ($): Live organization-wide expenditure for the selected date range.
  • Total Tokens (#): Total tokens processed, itemized by In (Prompt Tokens) and Out (Completion Tokens).
  • Total Requests (): Total LLM interactions and API invocations dispatched to upstream models.

Global Filters

  • Date Range Picker: Quickly filter by Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or custom date ranges.
  • Timezone Selector: Localizes analytics timestamps to your local timezone (e.g., GMT+5:30) or UTC.
  • Refresh (🔄): Instantly re-fetches live telemetry from the backend.

2. Organization Management (/organization)

Manage organizational tenants and root-level governance:

  • Organization Settings: Manage organization name, account configurations, and member visibility permissions.
  • Security & MFA: Enforce mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (TOTP / Email OTP) across all organization members.
  • SCIM 2.0 Provisioning: Automate user and group lifecycle synchronization from identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta).
  • Activity Monitoring (/viewactivity): Real-time event streams capturing task executions, prompt interactions, and model usage across teams.

3. Teams & Members (/teams, /members)

Organize developers into engineering squads with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):

  • Team Management: Create and structure teams with dedicated members and team leads.
  • Member Invites: Invite developers via email with automated team assignment and role designation.
  • RBAC Roles:
    • Owner: Full tenant administration, billing ownership, and organization settings.
    • Admin: User provisioning, team management, model governance, and budget allocation.
    • Member: Access to assigned team workspaces, proxy gateway keys, and web rules.

4. Model Governance (/model-governance)

Standardize and control AI model usage across all connected IDE extensions:

  • Model Allowlisting: Enable or disable specific providers and models to adhere to corporate compliance and budget standards.
  • Default Models: Designate organization-wide default models for Plan Mode and Agent Mode.
  • Token Limits: Enforce maximum context token caps per request.

5. Budget Allocation & Cost Control (/budget, /teams, /members)

Prevent unexpected API billing spikes with structured, multi-tier budget controls:

  • 3-Tier Hierarchy: Configure spend envelopes at the Account, Team, and Member levels.
  • Reset Periods: Choose between MONTHLY (automatically resets on the 1st of each calendar month) or TOTAL (fixed lifetime ceiling).
  • Visual Status Thresholds:
    • 🟢 Normal (<80%): Spend is within safe operating parameters.
    • 🟠 Warning (80% – 99%): Usage approaching budget envelope.
    • 🔴 Throttled (≥100%): Budget ceiling reached; gateway proxy requests are throttled until reset or limit increased.
  • Bulk Budget Management: Multi-select developers from the /members table to assign uniform or custom spending caps in batch.

6. Gateway API Keys (/gateway-keys)

Provision and manage proxy API keys for IDE extension users:

  • Centralized Proxying: Developers connect using a single PostQode Gateway Key instead of managing individual third-party provider API keys.
  • Key Scoping: Associate keys with specific teams, budget limits, and expiration windows.
  • Per-Key Usage Drilldown (/gateway-keys/:keyId/usage): Inspect exact request counts, prompt tokens, completion tokens, and dollar costs for each proxy key.

7. Web Rules Management (/rules)

Author, version, and distribute coding standards directly to developers' IDEs:

  • Web Authoring: Create markdown-based rules (/rules/createRule) with custom descriptions, tags, and category scopes.
  • Verified Rules: Pin mandatory corporate guidelines with a verified shield badge.
  • Instant IDE Sync: Connected VS Code extensions automatically load active web rules into agent context.

8. Billing & Invoices (/billing)

Track enterprise subscription statements and billing records:

  • Billing Statements: Review monthly statements with status tracking (DRAFT, FINALIZED, PENDING, PAID).
  • Itemized Invoices: Download itemized billing invoices for enterprise accounting and expense reporting.
