Configuring Browser Settings

Before using Web Agent, you need to configure the browser settings in PostQode to establish a connection with your browser for automation tasks.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access PostQode Settings

1. Open VS Code with PostQode extension installed
2. Click on the PostQode icon in the sidebar to open the PostQode panel
3. Click on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the PostQode panel

Step 2: Navigate to Browser Settings

1. In the Settings panel, find Browser
2. Click on Browser to see the configuration options

Step 3: Configure Remote Browser Connection

1. Look for the "Use Remote Browser Connection" option
2. Check the checkbox to enable remote browser connection
3. Click on "Launch Browser with Debug Mode" button
4. If the connection is successful, you'll see a green indicator showing "Connected"
5. If the connection fails, you'll see a red indicator showing "Not Connected"
