Help & Support

Our Help & Support offers two main channels for user assistance:

  • Tickets
  • FAQs.

Through our ticketing system, users can submit inquiries or issues for personalized support. Additionally, our FAQs section serves as a resource hub, offering quick solutions to common queries and providing users with efficient self-help options.

Click on the Profile icon in the upper navigation panel, then choose "Help & Support" from the Account section to access the Tickets and FAQs sections.
